Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be sent to our team in writing through the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
• Any cancellation or amendment charges will depend on the time of cancellation and the terms imposed by the hotel, transport provider and other service partners.
• Advance payments already committed to hotels, transport or other suppliers may be non-refundable, subject to their respective policies.
• If a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be confirmed after checking the deductions and refund conditions of the service providers.
• Changes to travel dates, passenger names or group size are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
• In case of road closures, weather conditions, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may need to be changed for operational or safety reasons.

Important: No fixed cancellation percentage or refund period is promised on this page. Please obtain the applicable cancellation schedule in writing before making payment.

Package Terms & Conditions

• A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 75% balance must be paid at the time of departure, before the trip begins.
• The package covers only the services specifically listed under Package Inclusions. Anything not listed is excluded unless confirmed separately in writing.
• Hotel room allocation and check-in/check-out are governed by the hotel's policies. Triple-sharing accommodation is subject to the confirmed room arrangement.
• The sightseeing sequence may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, local conditions, opening hours or operational requirements.
• Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents and checking current Nepal entry requirements applicable to each traveller before departure.
• Any optional activity, entry ticket, cable car ride, meal or personal expense not listed as included must be paid separately by the traveller.
• Please check the final itinerary, passenger details, hotel category, vehicle and payment terms before confirming the booking.
